TRAINING
In February 2019 the Aloto Group took steps to attract talent to their business and recognised a purchase of Lancing Driver Training (LDT) from its owner operator Stephen Wood could meet their needs. Lancing Driver Training was established and started trading in 2007 and has now established itself as a leading driver training company on the south coast. One of the key attributes for DNA was the ability to grow its operation into Crawley allowing growth through 2 different test centres (Lancing & Guildford) and giving flexibility to its clients…over the years by offering a consistently high level of customer service the business continues to deliver exceptional results under its new ownership. From its humble beginnings LDT offers many forms of training but its new owners have kept its ethos of quality and competitive pricing making training inclusive.
The significant advantage now rests in the fact that the group may be able to offer full time employment to those that enjoy their training programme through LDT and want full time work as an end result.
